This is the thirteenth study of the non-CBD office market undertaken by BIS Shrapnel. Developed as a supplement to the Sydney Commercial Property study on the metropolitan market and the CBD, this report contains not only detailed forecasts for the major suburban sub-markets but also an expanded section on emerging centres and office parks. The report assesses the market and prospects for commercial property in major suburban office markets of North Sydney, Crows Nest and St Leonards, Chatswood, Parramatta and North Ryde.
